We offer premium tempered glass wall art and chopping boards. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to slight variations.

Product Details:

• Our artwork brings people's stories to life using the latest digital tools and advanced creative technology
• Custom sizes and designs may be available upon request
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Payment must be received in full before order processing

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

Order Process:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• We will send a dispatch notification when your order ships
• Processing time: 7 working days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working dates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Shipping costs are included in the price of the product.
• We ship to the UK only.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Delivery delays due to carrier issues are beyond our control

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, please review our return policy:

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
• Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days

7. Product Care and Use

Glass Wall Art:

• Clean with a soft, damp cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads
• Handle with care to avoid chipping or breakage
• Follow mounting instructions provided

Glass Chopping Boards:

• Suitable for food preparation
• Dishwasher safe on top rack
• Can be used as a serving platter
• Avoid extreme temperature changes
